Week of September 1-5, 2025

As I post an overview of our weekly lessons for World Geography and World History, I will identify each as WG (World Geography) and WH (World History)

Monday:  Labor Day Holiday

Tuesday:  WG:  Examine distinctive cultural patterns and landscapes associated with different places in Texas, the United States, and other regions of the world.   WH:   Create a flow chart to explain the causes and effects of the development of a path to  permanent settlements

Wednesday:  WG:  Review Unit 2: The Physical World, WH:  Review Unit 2:   Spread of Civilization.   Both will also be responsible for our introductory lessons on geography.  I will have a test review each morning of a test, beginning at 7:30 in our classroom.  To prevent any disruptions, students will need to be in class no later than 7:30.

Thursday:   WG:  Students will be tested on their knowledge of the Physical World (as well as our introductory lessons geography). WH:  Students will be tested on their knowledge of the Spread of Civilization (as well as our introductory lessons geography)
