Monday: WG: Students will analyze the Physical Earth, addressing 3 areas: Planet Earth, Forces of Change, Water Cycle
WH: Students will identify major causes and describe the major effects of the following eras: Paleolithic Age, Mesolithic Age, Neolithic Age, Bronze Age (Also, touching on the last Ice Age). Assign Vocabuary terms, due on Wednesday and quiz on Wednesday:
Tuesday: WG: Continue with slide presentation and discussion related to forces of change. (Earthquakes, volcanoes, etc.) WH: Continue with the 5 eras, known as the Stone Ages.
Wednesday: WG: Continue with slide presentation and discussion related to the Earth’s water cycle
WH: Examine Hieroglyphs with an online activity (Fabricius activity)
Thursday: WG: Examine the physical world and the cultural landscape of the world’s culture regions. (Google Slide activity) WH: Students will examine hieroglyphics.
Friday: WG: Continue to work on and finish the activity (Cultural landscape of the world’s culture regionsfrom Thursday. WH: A full list of hieroglyphs is vast; students will use a simplified alphabet for rewriting of well known documents, songs, etc.
