Monday:  Staff Workday

Tuesday:   Staff Workday

Wednesday:   Introduction to World Geography/World History and expectations for the class.  (Including but not limited to assigning students’ Chromebook, teacher blog,  Google Classroom, online textbook, journals, etc)  The expectations addressed will be revisited throughout the year.   Assign:   “Penny Observation”.  

Thursday:   Students will analyze and be able to identify various examples of documents as well as evaluate the authenticity of those documents.  Assign “All of about me” assignment.  Due next Tuesday, August 19th.

Friday: Examine the following primary documents:  Magna Carta (1215), English Bill of Rights (1689), Declaration of Independence (1776), Constitution (1787), and Enlighenment thinkers John Locke and Montesque.
